About
I am a Canadian of Mauritian descent. Currently employed as a network administrator for the Conseil scolaire de district Catholique Centre-Sud in Toronto and previously attended Turner Fenton Secondary School in Brampton and the Telfer school of Managment at the University of Ottawa.
I’m considered by many to be a computer geek. Which is probably a good thing, considering my job title. A job title which does not quite describe the fun I have managing smartphones, computers, wired and wireless networks, servers, software, VoIP, AV/TV equipment and other such things. (no sarcasm intended)
I don’t discriminate against computers of different origins. Mac, Windows, Linux, BSD and others all have their place in the world. Having said that, I’m a Mac. For now. But my servers belong to Linux.
I also don’t discriminate against smartphones of different origins. I’ve used BlackBerry, WebOS, Android, iOS, Symbian, Windows Phone, Maemo… Having said that – Android phone + iPad is my current combo.
I should also mention I’m a big fan of the TV show Community. That show is comedic gold. And full of hilarious and attractive people.
